The event was organized by the Polytechnic University of Timisoara through the ID / IFR and e-Learning Center together with the International Association EDEN.

LIVE plenary sessions

WORKSHOPS

Social events

The participants explored the beauty of the city of Timisoara in a virtual tour broadcast LIVE, which, we hope - made up for the inability to travel. A series of videos full of life illustrating Timișoara and the cultural heritage were presented as realistically as possible, with the help of AR / VR elements. The Polytechnic University of Timișoara together with the National Museum of Banat walked the participants virtually through the most beautiful parts of the city, within the project Spotlight Heritage Timișoara, carried out in partnership. The walk took place in the presence of a local guide, to answer some questions.

After the virtual walk on the streets of Timisoara, the participants were able to discover a series of interesting presentations about development of STE (A) M, education and digital culture in Timisoara. Radu Ticiu, the coordinator CoderDojo, HackTM, BioceoderDojo and others "walked" the participants through large communities built for children, adolescents and young adults and will talk about the wonderful involvement of future generations in the development of the local community.

Oana Romocea, one of the organizers Romanian Science Festival showed the participants how this interactive festival helps young people to interact with STE (A) M and how the little ones are stimulated to learn more about this field, becoming a real support over time for science education.

A very current topic was how the Timisoara community was involved in education before and during Covid-19 through a series of projects - Ştiinţescu, EducaTM, Timotion: The presenters were Simona Fiț, Valentin Mureșan, Radu Ticiu and others.
