The UPT eLearning Center invites you to

4th edition of

International Conference “SMART 2016 - Scientific Methods in Academic Research and Teaching”

 November 18 and 19, 2016

in the K1 Amphitheater of the Documentation, Education and Transfer Center of UPT, Bul. Vasile Parvan Nr. 2B.

Co-organizers are Edusoft Academy from Bacău, West University and “Ioan Slavici” University from Timișoara.

The conference brings together specialists in Social Media, Education, Informatics, Neurosciences, Cognitive Sciences, to create an environment conducive to debates on the use of new technologies in open education and creative strategies in research and higher education.

Dr. Maria Perifanou, Project Coordinator at PAU Education Barcelona, Spain and at the Open Education Europe portal,

 Dr. Huseyin Bicen, Associate Professor at Near East University in Nicosia, Cyprus.
