Hundreds of students online at the Opening of the academic year 2021/2022 - ID and IFR
The first weekend with emotions for distance and part-time students from the Polytechnic University of Timișoara. They participated, on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Opening of the academic year 2021-2022 ID / IFR.
As every year, in the opening of the Ceremony, the Hymn of the Polytechnic University of Timișoara was sung, the welcome word being spoken by the host of the event, Dr. Diana Andone - the director of CeL. Also opening, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eng. Florin Dragan, the rector of UPT and ID teacher greeted the new students with a welcome message, addressed on behalf of the university management.
Informatics ID - Faculty of Automation and Computers
Prof. Dr. Eng. Marius Marcu - the dean of the Faculty of Automation and Computers and Prof. Dr. Eng. Lăcrămioara Stoicu-Tivadar - academic responsible for the specialization of Informatics ID addressed the word of welcome to the students of Distance Informatics.
TST ID - Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technologies
Dean of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology - Prof. Dr. Eng. Dan Lascu with the Prof. Dr. Eng. Radu Vasiu the academic responsible for the specialization ID technologies and telecommunications systems welcomed the new students from TST ID.
CRP ID - Faculty of Communication Sciences
Students from the specialization Communication and Public Relations - distance learning were greeted by prof. univ. Dr. Daniel Dejica - the dean of the Faculty of Communication Sciences and Prof. Dr. Mugurel Dragomir - academic responsible for the CRP - ID specialization.
TCM IFR - Faculty of Mechanics
On behalf of the Faculty of Mechanics, the dean of the faculty addressed the students - conf. Dr. Eng. Virgil Stoica - together that the academic responsible for the specialization of Machine Building Technology - part-time education - Lecturer Dr. Eng. Adrian Dume.
On the occasion of the opening of the academic year, the new students had the opportunity to discover the activities and projects carried out by UPT ID / IFR and e-Learning Center and get to know the team, represented by the technical and administrative department. Each member of the CeL team thus sent a message to both ID and IFR students.
At the end of the event, the traditional one was sung Gaudeamus igitur.
