mission

The main mission of the project is to introduce European top skills into the Teacher training standard in Ukraine, thus ensuring national resilience.

The central objective, supported by the European Commission and Ukraine's national educational objectives, is to implement European expertise as a key vector for the development of national teacher training standards.

Through an interdependent and participatory work program, LECTURE aims to modernize the training system, shaping future educators not only as qualified professionals, but also as individuals with a high ethical standard.

Development Higher Education Standard The project strengthens the integration of Ukrainian education into the European Education Area, adapting the educational process to European principles and expanding the content of learning based on the experience of the European Union.

The project provides a comprehensive framework for long-term transferability and sustainability, supporting, with the support of the Ministry of Education, the modernization of the training of future teachers of Ukraine in the post-war period, in accordance with European standards.

Objectives

The LECTURE project aims to achieve the following key results, essential for the modernization of teacher education in Ukraine:

  1. Developing Higher Education Standards for undergraduate study programs in the field Secondary Education (Areas of specialization: Ukrainian Language and Literature, Mathematics, History).

  2. Developing and Integrating a New Course in the teacher training curriculum: „"Introduction to Educational Studies: EU Best Practices for Ukraine"” (with a value of 3 ECTS).

  3. Creating Four Specialized Modules for Secondary Education programs (Mathematics, History, Ukrainian Language and Literature):

    • Course module Teaching Methods: „"Adaptive Learning"”

    • Course module Pedagogy: „"Inclusive Education Strategy"”

    • Course module Psychology: „"Socio-Emotional and Ethical Learning"”

    • Course module Information Technology: „"Digital Skills for Sustainable Education in Ukraine"”

  4. Establishing a New Educational Environment dedicated to teacher training within each participating university in Ukraine.
