2. Objectives
Ideas and innovations are of great significance for Europe as a commercial location. New product and service impulses are a prerequisite for the success of European companies on the world market.
The “Creative Trainer” project, a creativity and innovation management course, has been designed on the basis of these requirements.
The “Marketing & Sales Idea Machine” project, which has developed a special creativity method for the generation of ideas, forms the basis of the course content. The involvement of young people in the creative process is an important core element.
The project is based on a very broad partnership in terms of the kind of partners as well as of the different countries.
The project aims at:
- Expanding the creativity method in the “creative trainer” course
- Development of a curriculum for the course “creative trainer”
- Transfer and dissemination of the course to the European partners
- Knowledge transfer between company-affiliated institutions and the training sector
The “Creative Trainer” project makes sound training in the fields of creativity and innovation management possible for teachers and trainers in partner countries.
They are then best placed to utilize this expertise for training their pupils and trainees. This expertise is also intended to support the implementation of idea generation projects in companies.
The main targets of the course are:
- Training of individuals with special qualifications in the fields of creativity and innovation
- Raise the competitiveness of European companies during the increase of innovation and creativity

The course consist of 3 modules:
module 1: idea machine which describes the creativity technique idea machine
module 2: creativity and youth which contains practical information to creativity techniques and suggestions for an agenda for creativity workshop
module 3: idea evaluation which contains an overview on evaluation techniques.
