Rune Andersen is the director of the eSports Academic Program of the ICT department of the University of Agder, Norway. His research focuses on e-Sports in academia, games and didactic games, as well as multimedia and e-learning. Work with game-based learning since 2001, has a master's degree in ICT and education (2008) and an educational background in welfare technology (2018).
