Oana Romocea built his career in academic communication at the University of Oxford and other academic and research institutions. He most recently worked for the Public Policy Department at the UK's National Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, The Alan Turing Institute. Within these institutions, he had the opportunity to work with researchers at different stages of their academic career, from all fields. Also, Oana uses her experience gained in the academic sector and in university administration in Great Britain, getting involved in different cultural, educational and social initiatives in Romania. He is a co-founder of the Romanian Science Festival, the first national science festival, and for six years he was a member of the board of the Oxford for Romania organization.
