How to create a questionnaire

To complete a CVUPT questionnaire, follow these steps:

1. Open the list of activities and resources that can be added to a course and choose "Chestionar / Questionnaire“.
2. Fill in the name and description of the activity.
3. The validity period of the questionnaire is chosen, the way the students are graded, the order in which the questions appear, the way in which the students receive feedback, etc.
4. it saves the activity.
5. it returns to edit mode of the activity.
6. Click on "Add”->“A new question“.
7. Choose the type of question and complete the text of the question and possible answers.
8. it repeat steps 6 and 7 until all the questions in the questionnaire are entered.
9. Before concluding, it is possible preview the entire questionnaire.
