Dr. Sjoerd de Vries is a researcher at the University of Twente, Enschede, the Netherlands. His research is in the field of digital transformations in areas like health, energy, local policies, and education. As project leader, he runs R&D and university capacity building projects in data-driven governance, data-driven marketing and data-driven learning. He works as a liaison officer between EU innovative educational initiatives and UT research and education communities.
