Nicolaie Constantinescu

Nicolaie Constantinescu is an associate teacher at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Letters, Communication Sciences - Information and Documentation Sciences. In the last ten years he has acquired a rich experience in the creation and administration of Open Educational Resources, being involved in dedicated national and international projects. At the moment he is involved in a digitization and semanticization program of the collections of the National Physics Library of the National Institute for Research and Development in Physics and Nuclear Engineering "Horia Hulubei" (IFIN-HH), where he is building a digital repository for retroconversion, such as and the future infrastructure for managing datasets resulting from scientific research. He is also working hard to complete his PhD thesis which looks at the study of systems and APIs used in the management of data and metadata in scientific research and digital cultural heritage.
