Prof. Knut Blind is the coordinator of the Business Unit for Regulation and Innovation at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI. Since 2006, he has also been Professor of Innovation Economics at the Technical University of Berlin. His research focuses on the analysis of the link between regulation and innovation, including the impact of regulatory framework conditions on the innovation behavior of firms, standardization as a form of self-regulation, and intellectual property rights.
