Prof. Dr. Eng. Muguraș Daniel Mocofan obtained his doctorate in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Timișoara in 2003. His research interests include multimedia databases, image processing, dynamic textures, smart cities, mobile applications, e-learning, multimedia and web technologies.
Prof. Dr. Eng. Muguras Daniel Mocofan obtained his PhD in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications at the Politehnica University of Timisoara in 2003. His research interests are in the field of multimedia databases, image processing, dynamic textures, smart cities, mobile applications, e-learning, multimedia and web technologies.
