Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marian Ilie

Marian D. ILIE (graduate and doctor in education sciences) is an associate professor in the Department for Teacher Training (DPPD), director of DPPD and coordinator of the Center for Academic Development at the West University of Timisoara. The main areas of interest are: curriculum development, training design, empirical evidence in education and teacher training. He has extensive experience in organizing, implementing and evaluating the impact of pre-university and university teaching staff training programs and activities. Over time, he has coordinated 10 projects / grants as project director or principal investigator and published studies in high-visibility international journals.
