Anca Draghici received a Master's degree in machine tool design (1989, Transilvania University of Brașov, Romania) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management (2001, Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania). In 2001, he obtained a doctorate in the field of research in machine tool ergonomics, at the Transilvania University of Brașov, Romania. He is now a full professor (and PhD supervisor) at the Polytechnic University of Timisoara, Romania, Faculty of Production and Transportation Management. His teaching disciplines are related to Industrial Ergonomics, Human Resource Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Investment Management and Knowledge Management. His areas of research of interest are related to the impact of sustainability on organizational dynamics and business models.

He publishes and regularly participates in international scientific conferences (he has over 130 articles in the Clarivate Analytics database). For the last 10 years, she has been involved in various Erasmus + educational projects dedicated to the sustainable development of skills and education (for higher education and vocational training).

Anca Drăghici is the president of the Romanian Society for Ergonomics and Work Environment Management (ErgoWork, https://ergoworksociety.com/), a member of the Romanian Academic Management Society (SAMRO, https://samro.ro). In recognition of her research achievements, Anca was a guest editor at Human Systems Management magazine (https://www.iospress.nl/journal/human-systems-management/) and served as a guest speaker on several international conferences.

Anca Draghici received the M.Sc. in Machine-Tools Design (1989, Transilvania University of Brasov, Romania) and B.Sc. in Business Management (2001, Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania). In 2001, she achieves a Ph.D. degree in the research field of machine-tools ergonomics, at Transilvania University of Brasov, Romania. Now she is a full professor (and Ph.D. supervisor) at Politehnica University Timisoara, Romania, Faculty of Management in Production and Transportation. Her teaching subjects are related to Industrial Ergonomics, Human Resources Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Investments Management, and Knowledge Management. Her research fields of interest are linked with the impact of sustainability on organizational dynamics and business models. She regularly publishes and participates in international scientific conferences (she has more than 130 articles indexed in the Clarivate Analytics database). In the last 10 years, she has been involved in different Erasmus + educational projects dedicated to sustainable development skills development and education (for higher education and vocational training). Anca Draghici is president of the Society for Ergonomics and Work Environment Management in Romania (ErgoWork, https://ergoworksociety.com/), member of the Member of Academic Management Society of Romania (SAMRO, https://samro.ro). In recognition of her research achievements, Anca DRAGHICI has been a guest editor at Human Systems Management journal (https://www.iospress.nl/journal/human-systems-management/) and has acted as an invited speaker at several international conferences .

ABOUT US

The ID / IFR and e-Learning Center (CeL) was established in 1998, as an integral part of the Polytechnic University of Timişoara (UPT).
CeL organizes the specializations - Technologies and Systems of Telecommunications, Applied Informatics, Communication and Public Relations in distance education under license cycle and Technology of Machine Constructions in education with reduced frequency of license cycle.
