The international pandemic open education online workshop is organized by the Polytechnic University of Timișoara, through the ID / IFR and e-Learning Center with the support of EDEN and IEEE Romania, within the global event Open Education Week 2021, this year's edition being focused on the latest news related to open education in Romania and the EU, with 16 international speakers present during the event.
The first fully virtual EDEN conference will take place between June 22-24 and has presentations for 50 selected academic papers, 10 workshops, world-class keynote speakers, as well as social events. The event is organized by the Polytechnic University of Timisoara through the ID / IFR and e-Learning Center together with the European Association EDEN.
The speakers will introduce the 13 short online courses that are soon ready to be launched and discuss how they can be used during the current pandemic situation and in the future to improve relevant digital competences of adults.
What are the open educational resources OER and the massive open online MOOCs courses? How can you access, use and integrate them into higher education? Practical examples of the use and integration of OER and MOOCs in higher and secondary education with case studies at European level, from Germany, Lithuania, Great Britain, Croatia and Romania.
The Politehnica University of Timisoara through the e-Learning Center together with the Multimedia Center have organized the fourth edition of the Digital Skills and Competences / Digital Skills and Skills workshop on Digital Culture, Europeana and Timișoara 2021 on Friday, December 13th. The event was attended by dozens of participants and was broadcasted online, through live streaming on the Facebook platform.
The chair of the CeL director, Dr. Diana Andone was part, between September 20 and October 27, of the unique epoch of the artist Haegue Yang, within the Art Encounters BIENNIAL 2019 - Timișoara.
