Tuition fee payment calendar_2025-2026

Calendar with deadlines for payment of tuition fees for the 2025-2026 academic year.

  • Semester 1 fee can be paid up to 15.11.2025
  • 2nd semester fee can be paid up to

– 27.03.2026 (by final year students: AC lll, CRP lll, TST lV, TCM lV)                 

 –22.04.2026  (payment term for junior year students)

Tuition fees are paid through the student.upt.ro application., selecting the semester for which you are making the payment, adding a card number loaded with the required amount and approving the transaction. Thus, the payment is automatically registered. The student.upt.ro platform is accessed with the institutional address: firstname.lastname@student.upt.ro

If you cannot access the platform student.upt.ro or you need information regarding your study documents, payment amount, number of credits, arrears, etc., contact the Secretariat of the faculty you belong to, as follows:

If you are having difficulty paying your semester fee, we would like to inform you that there is a possibility to request installment payment, in 2 smaller installments. To do this, complete the attached application form (last page of the document) and send it for approval to laura.mirica@upt.ro, by (at the latest) 1.11.2025.

Installment payment

We inform you that, if you encounter difficulties in paying the full first semester fee, there is the possibility of requesting installment payment into the two equal (or smaller) installments.

How to request installment payment:

  1. Complete application form attached (usually available at the end of the relevant official document/regulation/page).

  2. Submit the request completed for approval by email: laura.mirica@upt.ro.
