The International Conference on eLearning in Central and Eastern Europe (ICeL 2018)<\/strong> will be held in Timisoara, Romania, European Union. ICeL 2018 is built around the following topics that target key areas of research in Learning Technologies, namely:<\/p>\n

  • Open Education Technologies<\/li>\n
  • Policies in Open and Distance Education<\/li>\n
  • Blended Learning<\/li>\n
  • Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs)<\/li>\n
  • Open Educational Resources<\/li>\n
  • Digital Collaborative Learning<\/li>\n
  • Adaptive Technology-Enhance Learning<\/li>\n
  • Learning Analytics<\/li>\n
  • Online and Mobile Learning<\/li>\n
  • Augmented Reality Applications in Education<\/li>\n
  • Digital Students Services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    All papers should focus on the impact of eLearning in Central and Eastern Europe, the development, success stories of failures, critical analysis of previous research or publications, and its future.<\/p>\n

    A series of policy makers, trend-setters and key figures in the areas mentioned above have already confirmed their presence and will hosts challenging presentations.<\/p>\n

    September 15, 2018:<\/strong> Authors’ Notification on the review process results<\/p>\n

    September 25, 2018:<\/strong> Authors’ Registration Deadline<\/p>\n

    September 25, 2018:<\/strong> Final Camera-Ready Manuscript and Copyright Form submission<\/p>\n

    October 4, 2018:<\/strong> ICeL Conference in Timisoara<\/p>\n

    SUBMISSIONS<\/h2>\n

    We invite submission of papers reporting original academic or industrial research in the area of eLearning Technologies in Central and Eastern Europe. All papers will be blindly peer-reviewed. Complete papers are required to be reviewed. The expected types of submissions include:<\/p>\n

    Full paper:<\/strong> 3-5 pages,<\/p>\n

    Posters:<\/strong> 2 pages<\/p>\n

    All publications should be original and they will be published using an Open Access and Creative Commons License (CC-BY-NC-SA Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International) <\/strong><\/p>\n

    Extended and revised articles will be submitted for an edited book of Online and Open Education in Central and Eastern Europe, to be published by Springer in 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n
