It has developed and managed virtual educational environments to facilitate learning for students and for lifelong, open and free education, working with experts around the world to promote open education (OEW) and the integration of technologies in education (Wk Digiskills). The e-Learning Center is actively involved<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in research, c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">working with partners in the European Union, and in <\/span>community, developing technologies to support culture and support education with all the means at its disposal. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Spotlight Heritage).<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\"><strong>ID \/ IFR and eLearning Center (CeL)<\/strong> developed <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">UPT Virtual Campus<\/span>, online and mobile educational environment, academic support and communication for all UPT faculties.
