Ideas and innovations are of great significance for Europe as a commercial location. New product and service impulses are a prerequisite for the success of European companies on the world market.
\nThe\u00a0\u201cCreative Trainer\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>project, a creativity and innovation management course, has been designed on the basis of these requirements.
\nThe\u00a0\u201cMarketing & Sales Idea Machine\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0project, which has developed a special creativity method for the generation of ideas, forms the basis of the course content. The involvement of young people in the creative process is an important core element.
\nThe project is based on a very broad partnership in terms of the kind of partners as well as of the different countries.
\n\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\nThe project aims at:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Expanding the creativity method in the \u201ccreative trainer\u201d course<\/li>\n
- Development of a curriculum for the course \u201ccreative trainer\u201d<\/li>\n
- Transfer and dissemination of the course to the European partners<\/li>\n
- Knowledge transfer between company-affiliated institutions and the training sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The \u201cCreative Trainer\u201d project makes sound training in the fields of creativity and innovation management possible for teachers and trainers in partner countries.
\nThey are then best placed to utilize this expertise for training their pupils and trainees. This expertise is also intended to support the implementation of idea generation projects in companies.<\/p>\n

\nmodule 1:<\/strong>\u00a0idea machine which describes the creativity technique idea machine
\nmodule 2:<\/strong>\u00a0creativity and youth which contains practical information to creativity techniques and suggestions for an agenda for creativity workshop
