Organized by AIESEC Timisoara, local member of AIESEC International, the world’s largest student-driven organization with approximately 50,000 student members in more than 100 countries, the intercultural training-focused event Cultural Mix 2011 - Diversity has many colors. Which one is yours? was harnessed by UPT's Skill2E team to disseminate relevant information on SKILL2E goals and current achievements and to promote the transnational placements offered within SKILL2E consortium. The dissemination has challenged not only students 'interest in applying for international placements but also the international trainers' interest in the model of intercultural competence development piloted by SKILL2E team and the implementation scenario advanced, generating fruitful discussions and exchange of experience on intercultural training customized for engineering and business management students.
